"If you want to have a local agent for your insurance, I recommend signing up with Jake Waardenburg with State Farm. Recently our insurance payment went down, and Jake reached out to suggest a meeting to review our policies. In the meeting he explained the coverages we were paying for and we were able to identify several options to improve our coverage with minimal cost increase. One of the options we chose was to add an insurance policy for my wife's wedding ring. This was a fortuitous suggestion, as she lost it wakeboarding this summer after we had taken the policy. After initiating the claim, Laurie from Jake's office reached out to offer any assistance with the claim. An issue came up where the claims department offered the wrong price for our ring, so I called Laurie and she got claims on the phone right away for me. She put them on the spot, figured out why the amount was wrong, and we got the payment amount corrected in a matter of minutes."
